The cricket world also did not remain untouched by this. When T20 World Cup came to India, strong players like Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma also said goodbye to T20 International cricket. List of veteran players to retire in 2024
Shikhar Dhawan
Former Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan said goodbye to cricket this year. He announced his retirement from all formats of cricket in August this year. Dhawan was out of the team for a long time and was trying to make a comeback. But when he did not get success, he announced his retirement.
Riddhiman Saha

Rohit Sharma

Ravindra Jadeja

Australia’s great batsman David Warner also ended his career this year. He had said that T20 World Cup would be his last tournament. Warner also did the same. After this he was not seen playing international cricket.
