India Tour Of South Africa: Cricket South Africa has released the revised schedule of the series against India between Omicron variants. Earlier India’s tour of South Africa was to start from December 17, but now according to the new schedule, India’s tour of South Africa will start from December 26.

According to the new schedule released by the South Africa Cricket Board, the Indian team will play a series of three Tests and three ODIs on the tour of South Africa. Team India’s tour of South Africa will start with the Boxing Day Test from 26 December. The match will be played at Centurion’s SuperSport Park.

The second Test between India and South Africa will be played from 3 to 7 January 2022 in Johannesburg and the third and final Test will be played at Newlands, Cape Town from 1 to 15 January 2022.

After the Test series, a three-match ODI series will be played between the two teams. The first match of the ODI series will be played on January 19, the second match on January 21 and the third and final match will be played on January 23.

Significantly, earlier India’s tour of South Africa was to start from December 17. Along with this, Team India also had to play a three-match T20 series on this tour. But now the T20 series has been postponed. Now Team India will play only Test and ODI series on this tour.
