According to the data updated on Saturday morning, 15,815 new cases of corona virus were reported across the country. There are 1,19,264 active cases of corona virus in the country. In the last 24 hours, 68 people have died due to corona virus infection across the country, out of which maximum 24 people have died in Kerala.
According to the data on Saturday morning, the daily infection rate in the country is 4.36 percent, while the weekly infection rate is 4.79 percent. In the last 24 hours, more than one thousand daily cases have been registered in Delhi, Maharashtra, Kerala and Karnataka. 2,136 new cases have been registered in Delhi, 2,032 in Karnataka, 1,975 in Maharashtra, 1,120 in Kerala and 993 in Uttar Pradesh. Kerala has the highest death toll of 24, while Delhi has 10, Maharashtra and Karnataka have recorded five deaths each due to corona virus.
