Shraddha Murder Case: Aftab’s lawyer said – will oppose extension of police remand

New Delhi. The lawyer representing Aftab Poonawalla, accused in the sensational Shraddha Walkar murder case, has said that he would oppose extension of Poonawalla’s police custody beyond two days. Poonawalla’s five-day police remand is going to end on Tuesday and the Delhi Police probing the case may seek extension of his custody as 17 The narco test is still not done despite the November court order to conduct the test within five days.

The Delhi Police on Monday filed an application in a court here for polygraph test of Shraddha Walkar murder accused Aftab Amin Poonawalla. Poonawalla’s lawyer Avinash Kumar said the police may seek extension of his remand on Tuesday.
