Shivling found in Gyanvapi Mosque, know what order has been issued by the court
Muslim side knocked on the door of Supreme Court, hearing on Tuesday
An important development took place on Monday during the ongoing survey of Gyanvapi Masjid. During the survey, Shivling was found in the area adjacent to the mosque. After this development, the court has barred any person from entering the area concerned. The court has ordered the DM Police Commissioner and the CRPF commandant that it will be a personal responsibility to keep the above places safe and secure.
It is noteworthy that as soon as the Shivling was seen by the team during the survey on Monday, Harishankar Jain, the lawyer of the Hindu side, who was involved in the survey team, immediately applied in the Varanasi court. The application demanded that since the meeting of Shivling is an important evidence, the place should be sealed immediately. DM has also issued orders in this regard.
After the survey, advocate of Hindu side, Doctor Sohanlal, after coming out of the premises said that Baba was found inside. Find the things… get three. This is the same Baba whose Nandi was waiting. As soon as Shivling was found in the temple premises, slogans of Har Har Mahadev started being raised. People started dancing happily. He said that much more has been found than what was being sought. He also said that now the demand for survey of 75 feet long, 30 feet wide and 15 feet high debris near the western wall will be raised. On being questioned by the media on the matter of the well, Mohan Yadav, on behalf of the Hindu side, said that a 12 feet 8 inch diameter Shivling has been found in Gyanvapi to eat Vaju or in the pond, which can be quite deep inside. It is said that the face of this Shivling is towards Nandi and it was seen after taking out all the water from eating Vaju.
On the other hand, a petition from the Muslim side has been filed in the Supreme Court, which is to be heard on Tuesday. Anjuman Intaza Mian Masajid Committee has approached the Supreme Court challenging the survey decision of Varanasi Court. The hearing on Tuesday will be done by a bench of Justice DY Chandrachud. The Muslim side has rejected the claims of the Hindu side. His lawyer says that nothing like this has been found from the mosque.
