Maharashtra BJP leaders are repeatedly saying that they have nothing to do with the development of Shiv Sena MLAs rebelling and leaving the state, but the news of the leader of the rebel MLAs Eknath Shinde meeting former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis The game plan of BJP has been revealed. It is being told that both the leaders have had a secret meeting to form a new government in Maharashtra. According to sources, the two leaders met in Vadodara, Gujarat late on Friday.

According to informed sources, Eknath Shinde reached Vadodara from Guwahati late on Friday night. There he met Devendra Fadnavis, the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra and the leader of the BJP Legislature Party in the Legislative Assembly. After this meeting, Shinde returned to Guwahati in the night itself. It is also being told that Union Home Minister Amit Shah was also in Vadodara in connection with some program on Friday. However, there is no news of his presence during Fadnavis and Shinde’s meeting.

However, on Saturday morning after returning after meeting Fadnavis, the Shinde faction claimed that it has the support of 38 MLAs, due to which the anti-defection law will not apply to them. Shinde also released the list of 38 MLAs. The Shinde faction said that he has not left the party yet. It was said on his behalf – we have two-thirds majority and whoever has the majority, only he has the right to choose the leader. We will challenge the decision of the Deputy Speaker in the court. Significantly, the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly, Narhari Jirwal, has sent disqualification notices to 16 rebel MLAs on the request of Shiv Sena and sought their reply by Monday evening.

Speaking at a press conference on behalf of the rebel MLAs who stayed in a five-star hotel in Guwahati, Deepak Kesarkar said – Shinde is bearing the expenses here. Some people are deliberately trying to defame us. Regarding the attack on the offices of rebel MLAs in different parts of Maharashtra, Eknath Shinde has said that the security of the MLAs has been withdrawn, if anything happens to their family, then Uddhav and Aditya will be responsible for it.

Deepak Kesarkar also told in the press conference that the rebel MLAs have announced the formation of a new faction named Shiv Sena Balasaheb Thackeray. He said- We will remain in Guwahati for now. If you go to Maharashtra, there can be a riot. Meanwhile, in view of the violence in Pune, Section 144 has been imposed in Mumbai. Mumbai Police has sounded a high alert and asked all police stations to ensure security at all political offices in the city.
