Step 1- Install My Jio App

Step 2- If you are not login with Jio number in the app then login it with your Jio number.

Step 3- Now in this application, the search box will appear above in the home page itself and it will be written in my jio search, so you have to click in this search box and type My Statement. As soon as you type My Statement in the search box, the box of My Statement will appear below. Now you click on the box of My Statement and then the statement removal page will open in front of you. In which you will be able to remove your call details.

Now here you can remove the statement for 30 days at a time and then you can remove or view the statement up to 180 days in 6 times.

How to Remove Airtel Call Details

Some time ago Airtel used to support CDR facility, by registering your number from the official websites of Airtel, you were able to get call details, sms details etc. from there. But now for some time the company has stopped this service.

For call details via SMS, send text message as per the format given below EPREBILLMonthEmail Id & Send to 121 Month Only first 3 letters have to be entered, like (APRIL- APR, JANUARY- JAN ), Ex: EPREBILL MAR EMail

After sending the message, a PDF of the statement will come to your email, which will be password-protected and you will get its password through a text message.

How to retrieve VI call details:

VI has also stopped the CDR (Call Details Record) service for a few months. Earlier you used to register the number on the website of VI and extract the call history, but now it is not possible.

If you want, after logging into the VI app, you will be able to see call details, SMS and data usage for only 5 days from there. Right now we are going to tell you a paid method by which you will be able to get call details by contacting customer care.

You have to send a message from VI number

BILLMonth & Send to 144. First 3 letters have to be entered in the month, like (APRIL- APR, JANUARY- JAN). EX: BILL MAR

You will get a call from customer care shortly after sending the message. Then they will ask you some questions and you will have to tell the valid answer to the question because you want the call details and you want the details of incoming or outgoing calls, you have to tell that only then you will get those details.
