Bhopal: An important meeting of the Central Zonal Council is going to be held in the capital Bhopal on August 22, in which Home Minister Amit Shah is coming to attend this meeting. In which a strategy to deal with the Naxal problem will be made mainly.
In fact, in 1956, on the recommendation of the States Reorganization Commission, the Central Zonal Council was formed, under which all the states are divided into six councils. A meeting of the Central Zonal Council is going to be held on 22nd August in the capital Bhopal, in which coordination will be made between the states on many issues and the problems will be resolved, especially the issue of Naxalism and internal security will be discussed in this meeting. Before this, the meeting of the Central Zonal Council was held in Chhattisgarh in 2020, in which Kamal Nath had joined as the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, then the decisions of the time will also be reviewed in this meeting.
However, the meeting of the Central Zonal Council to be held in the capital Bhopal on August 22 will be chaired by Home Minister Amit Shah. Along with these Chief Ministers, two ministers, the Chief Secretary and senior officers will also be involved when this council was formed, now its purpose is mutual coordination between the states and through the central government by discussing among themselves on issues like economic and social development. Like after the formation of Chhattisgarh state, some matters are pending which will be discussed, similarly the joint Betwa link project of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh will also be discussed.
