need for renewable energy

Renewable energy is unlimited and pollution-free energy, which is renewable.

Renewable energy is unlimited and pollution-free energy, which is renewable. Along with adopting the habits of energy conservation, moving towards such renewable energy resources is the biggest demand of the time. Renewable energy resources should also be encouraged with a view to protect against global warming and climate change.

Energy is the engine of development of any country. Per capita energy consumption in a country is also an indicator of its standard of living. Not only this, economic development also has a strong relationship with energy use. Therefore, for a fast growing economy like India, self-reliance in an important sector like energy is very important. There is no doubt that the resources are being rapidly consumed for the maintenance and amenities of the rapidly growing population. But this is giving rise to serious problems like environmental pollution and climate change.

In such a situation, the question is how to strike a balance between the increasing population and the energy supply? The question is also what should be the future strategy of India in view of the environment and the future generation. Population has increased rapidly in the last few decades all over the world and the consumption of energy is also increasing accordingly, but on the other hand, due to the rapid increase in the demand for energy, the possibility of destruction of conventional energy resources in future increases. It’s on

If this happens, then the very existence of human beings will be questioned. This is the reason that in order to save the sources of energy for future use, the responsibility of paying special attention to energy conservation, developing other resources for its replacement has increased all over the world. Experts predict that by 2040 the world’s energy consumption will increase by about fifty percent.

Although sufficient energy is being generated by energy sources like fossil fuels, crude oil, coal, natural gas etc. for use in daily life, but in view of the ever increasing demand, there is a possibility of extreme shortage or exhaustion of these energy resources in future. Fear has arisen. This is the reason why the demand for renewable energy resources is increasing rapidly all over the world including India. The share of renewable energy in the total energy available to us is about twenty six per cent, while that of hydropower is about twelve per cent.

In this way, the share of clean sources in the total energy generation capacity of the country is more than thirty eight percent. Today, India ranks fifth in the world in terms of renewable energy. Despite this, we are largely dependent on coal and fossil fuels for our energy needs. Keeping this in mind, the Government of India has set a target of producing 2.5 lakh MW of green energy by 2022. The target is to make one lakh MW with solar energy alone.

It is estimated that in the year 2050, non-conventional sources will be the largest and most important source of energy production. Even today about seventy crore Indians do not have the availability of LPG. The scope of PNG is also limited. About 40 crore people do not have electricity. Where there is electricity, it is not available all the time. The government has promised to provide 24×7 electricity to all by the year 2029, but for this, it will have to provide its equipment to the people at a low cost by increasing awareness of non-conventional energy. Not only will the power distribution system be reformed, but free electricity will also have to be avoided while avoiding populist politics. Common citizens also have to be serious about energy conservation.

However, according to the well-known book ‘Pollution Free Breath’ published on environmental protection, renewable energy is unlimited and pollution-free energy, which keeps on renewable. Along with adopting the habits of energy conservation, moving towards such renewable energy resources is the biggest demand of the time. Renewable energy resources should also be encouraged with a view to protect against global warming and climate change.

But the whole world has limited natural resources to meet important energy needs like electricity, as well as serious challenges like environmental imbalance and displacement. To deal with such serious problems and challenges, renewable energy is such a great option, which will prove to be effective in dealing with environmental problems as well as meeting energy needs. Renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power potential can be seen as the best solution to meet our energy needs, protect the environment and reduce dependence on polluting coal.

Actually, energy security for any country means that the current and future energy needs are met in such a way that all people can benefit from energy, there is no adverse effect on the environment and this method is sustainable. Sufficient resources are available for this in India. The government is giving priority to developing these sources. Today there is a need that we all use renewable energy sources and inspire others to do the same. Also, energy conservation has to be implemented as a national mission. We must not forget that at present a lot of the country’s revenue is being spent on importing energy resources.

The world population is about eight billion, which could reach nine billion by 2050. Resources are being rapidly consumed to meet the needs of this growing population. All non-renewable energy sources are likely to be exhausted in the near future, so the search for renewable energy sources and clean fuels has become an important topic. India is a fast growing economy.

Energy and finance act as fuel in any economy. Energy cannot accelerate economic progress in the absence of finance. In such a situation, the investors of the world today are seeing the Indian energy sector as an attractive investment destination, to take full advantage of which India will have to create new records in the level of renewable energy sources. But for this we need to work together on many fronts for self-reliance in the energy sector.

Significantly, there is a need for such an energy conservation policy for the citizens of the country, so that the use of non-essential energy can be stopped or reduced. For this, now the government will have to be serious, because in today’s situation there is a huge gap between the production and consumption of energy in the country. The condition is that even today crores of people in the country are forced to live in darkness. According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), the energy problem in India will continue for the next twenty years as well. Even now, in many parts of the country, only 15 per cent of the electricity demand is met.

In fact, this problem of energy is directly affecting the development and future of the country, for which we have to be serious from now on. Understanding the importance of energy in our life, we have to be aware of energy conservation. It is the responsibility of every citizen of the country that the energy in whatever form it is, should not waste it in vain. For a happy future for ourselves and the generations to come, we must inculcate the habits of energy conservation in our practice.
