Sai Pallavi and Nani’s ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ and ‘RRR’ will clash for the Oscars!

After nearly 21 years with the film ‘RRR’ likely to be nominated as India’s first Oscar nomination, now Telugu period-romance film ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ will also compete for the Oscars. Sai Pallavi and Nani played pivotal roles in this film, ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ is running for three Oscar categories. According to ANI, the film is in the running for Oscar categories which include ‘Periodic Film’, ‘Background Score’ and ‘Classical Cultural Dance Indie Film’.

On the other hand, SR Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ may go for ‘Best Picture’ and ‘Best International Feature Film’ and ‘Best Actor’. Nothing has been officially announced. But according to reports, ‘RRR’ is being seen as a top contender for the Oscars.
