Russia seeks help from China

Moscow/Washington, It looks like Russia is in trouble by attacking Ukraine. It has been 19 days since the attack with the intention of capturing Ukraine in a couple of days and the fighting is still going on. Meanwhile, the economic condition of Roop is deteriorating due to the restrictions imposed by America and Europe. That’s when there is news that Russia has sought military and economic help from its biggest strategic partner China. Both ‘New York Times’ and ‘Bloomberg’ have reported about this.

However, Russia has denied reports of seeking military help from China. Russia has said that it has not asked for any help from China. Earlier, a news in the American newspaper ‘New York Times’ was told that Russia has asked China for military equipment to intensify its fight in Ukraine. The report, citing US officials, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin has also sought additional economic support from Chinese President Xi Jinping to protect its economy from sanctions imposed by the US, Europe and Asian countries.

‘Bloomberg’ quoted a US official as saying that Russia is in trouble due to the protracted war and has therefore sought help from China. However, the official did not specify what kind of help China has sought. Meanwhile, America has warned China. The US, showing a tough stand on China, has advised not to help Russia. So be ready for action. Meanwhile, on Monday, US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan will meet China’s top diplomat and Politburo member Yang Jiechi in Rome.
