Let us tell you, some such important things, which if you have not done so far, then today you should do it in any case.

1. ITR Filing

If you have not filed your Income Tax Return (ITR) yet, then do it before 12 midnight tonight. Actually, the last date for filing Income Tax Return for the financial year 2020-21 is 31 December 2021. If you do not do this then you may be fined.

2. KYC of Demat Accounts

KYC i.e. Know Your Customer is necessary not only for bank accounts, but also for demat accounts. The last date to get KYC done for demat account is December 31, 2021. In such a situation, if you also have a demat account and you have not got its KYC done yet, then complete this work immediately, otherwise your demat account may become inactive. You will not be able to trade when the account is deactivated.

3. Add Nominee to PF Account

Now it has also become necessary to add a nominee in the Provident Fund (PF) account. For this, the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) was sending messages to all its account holders long ago. Today i.e. 31st December 2021 is the last date for adding nominees. If you do not add a nominee to your PF account today, then many work related to your PF account can stop.

4. Audit Report Filing

If you earn more than Rs 10 crore annually from your business, then it is necessary for you to file audit report along with ITR. It is filled on income tax of more than Rs 50 lakh. Its last date is also 31 December 2021. In such a situation, get this work done before 12 o’clock tonight.

5. Life Certificate

If you are a pensioner, then it is necessary for you to give yourself a certificate of survival every year. On this basis, you get pension next year. If you have not done this work yet, then today i.e. on 31st December 2021, submit your life certificate in any case, otherwise you may suffer loss.
