Rajasthan beat Mumbai by 23 runs, Butler scored a century, Ashwin-Chahal turned the dice

New Delhi | Rajasthan beat Mumbai: The color of IPL 2022 is slowly rising in the country. Cricket lovers are now immersed in this thrilling tournament. Meanwhile, today Rajasthan Royals have tasted a crushing defeat to Mumbai Indians. After losing the toss, Rajasthan Royals came out to bat and scored 193 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs and in reply Mumbai were bundled out for 170 runs and won the match by 23 runs. This is Mumbai’s second defeat in this tournament.

Butler washed Mumbai bowlers fiercely, scored a century
For Rajasthan, Jos Buttler washed the Mumbai bowlers fiercely and scored a brilliant century. Butler hit 11 fours and five sixes in his 68-ball innings. Apart from this, playing the innings of Sanju Samson (30) and Shimron Hetmyer (35), took the team towards a big score. After that Ashwin and Yuzvendra played the role of game changers to snatch the victory from Mumbai. For Rajasthan, Yuzvendra Chahal took two wickets for 26 runs and Navdeep Saini took two wickets for 36 runs.

Mumbai vs Rajasthan: Mumbai’s team came out to chase Rajasthan’s target of 194 runs, although the team batted well and the Rajasthan bowlers got rid of sixes, but in the last over, the bowlers of Rajasthan tightened their grip on the Mumbai team and Mumbai Indians in 20 overs. Could make only 170 runs for 8 wickets and lost. Mumbai captain Rohit Sharma could not walk in this match and returned to the pavilion after scoring only 10 runs. But Ishan Kishan (54) and Tilak Verma (61) put Rajasthan in trouble once again with an 81-run partnership for the third wicket. But Ashwin and Yuzvendra took the win by bowling excellently.
