Azad wants Congress to perform well

New Delhi, Recently, senior leader Ghulam Nabi Azad, who left the Congress and formed a separate party, has shown goodwill for his old party. Azad, who attacked the Congress by forming a separate party in Jammu and Kashmir, said he wanted the Congress to perform well in the coming elections. He also wished the party to do well in Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat. Significantly, Azad was the leader of the G23 group of the party. This group demanded elections for all posts in the Congress.

However, referring to his old party, Ghulam Nabi Azad said- Although I have parted ways with the Congress, I was not against its policy of secularism. The reason for this was the weakening of the party system. I still want Congress to do well in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh assembly elections. He further said that the Aam Aadmi Party has not been able to perform well.

Azad said- Aam Aadmi Party is only Delhi’s party. He is also not able to run Punjab efficiently. Only Congress can challenge BJP in Himachal and Gujarat because they have an inclusive policy. Significantly, 73-year-old Ghulam Nabi Azad had resigned from the Congress on 26 August. He also wrote a long letter to Sonia Gandhi and targeted Rahul Gandhi fiercely.
