Rajasthan Congress MLA Pandit Bhanwarlal Sharma dies, seven-time MLA

Jaipur | MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma Passed Away: A big news has come out from Rajasthan. Senior Congress MLA of Congress party Pandit Bhanwarlal Sharma passed away today. He breathed his last on Sunday morning at 7.35 am at Sawai Mansingh Hospital in Jaipur. He was admitted to SMS Hospital on Saturday morning after his health deteriorated. Since then he was admitted in ICU. There has been a wave of mourning among the state Congress leaders due to the death of Sharma. CM Ashok Gehlot has expressed condolences on the death of senior party MLA.

MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma Passed Away: Bhanwarlal Sharma, who was a cabinet minister in the Rajasthan government in 1990, was an MLA from the Sardarshahr assembly constituency of Churu district. Pandit Bhanwarlal Sharma was always a leader in the headlines. Due to the death of Sharma, there has been a wave of mourning in Churu district including Congress.

CM Gehlot expressed condolences
State Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has condoled the death of Congress MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma. Gehlot tweeted that, my deepest condolences on the passing away of Congress MLA from Sardarshahr (Churu) Shri Bhanwarlal Sharma. He was keeping unwell for a long time, I was in touch with his family members regarding his health, reached SMS hospital last night, took information from the doctors and met the family. May God give strength to the bereaved family in this very difficult time and may the departed soul rest in peace.

Senior MLA Pandit Bhanwarlal Sharma was one of the veteran leaders of Rajasthan politics. His name was raised a lot in the audio viral case that was discussed in Rajasthan for toppling the Gehlot government. But Sharma had described Ashok Gehlot as a universal leader. Born on April 17, 1945 in Jaitsisar village of Sardarshahr, Sharma was elected MLA for the first time in 1985. He was Deputy Chief Whip in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly and also took over as a Cabinet Minister in the Government of Rajasthan in 1990. Senior MLA Sharma was elected MLA for the 7th time in the year 2018.
