According to the information, after his historic victory, Bhagwant Mann is going to Delhi today to invite Aam Aadmi Party convener Arvind Kejriwal. Bhagwant Mann is a follower of Shaheed Bhagat Singh. After the victory, Bhagwant Mann had said that he would take oath in Khatkar Kalan, the village of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh.
