Srinagar. The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Sunday attached a residential house in Kashmir’s Bandipora district for deliberately sheltering terrorists. Police said that the house is in the name of Bashir Ahmed Mir, son of Abdul Sattar Mir of Wanpora Gurez. Police said that the said house was linked to the FIR of the case in which two hardcore terrorists involved in various terrorist crimes were gunned down in Bandipora.
The investigation found doubts as to the purpose for which the said house was used. The sheltering of terrorists was done deliberately by such a family member. Several attacks on civilians were planned by terrorists using this house as a hideout. Bandipora Police has once again requested the citizens not to shelter terrorists, if they do so they will be liable for action under the law. (IANS)
