Priyanka Gandhi will also participate in Bharat Jodo Yatra, from Wednesday in Madhya Pradesh

Burhanpur. Senior party leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will also participate in former Congress President Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra. She will reach Burhanpur in Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday accompanied by her counterpart Robert Vadra and will return on November 26 after joining the yatra in the state. Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra will also enter Burhanpur district of Madhya Pradesh from Maharashtra border tomorrow itself i.e. on Wednesday.

The preparations for the entry of the Yatra have been finalized and senior leader and State Congress President Kamal Nath also reached here today. Former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh, Arun Yadav, Suresh Pachauri and many leaders and officials are camping here. Kamal Nath told reporters here in the evening that Gandhi’s Bharat Jode Yatra would enter Burhanpur district from Maharashtra on November 23 morning.

The yatra will cover a distance of about 380 kilometers during 12 days and enter Rajasthan from Agarmalwa district on December 04. Apart from Burhanpur, Gandhi will also leave from Khargone, Khandwa, Indore, Ujjain and Agarmalwa districts during this period. Kamal Nath said that Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will come to Indore on the evening of November 23 to join the yatra and from there will reach Burhanpur district by road at night.

She will return on November 26 after joining the yatra on November 24 and 25. He said that Mr. Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra is entering a Hindi speaking state for the first time. There is a lot of enthusiasm in Madhya Pradesh regarding this visit.

This yatra is coming out as the voice of the people. In response to a question, Mr. Kamal Nath said that Gandhi is now coming to the state where the BJP has been ruling for 18 years. Here farmers, youth, poor and every section are troubled. Only BJP, its leaders and workers are happy. The BJP now has nothing but money, administration and police and is misusing them.

The Congress is competing with the organization of the BJP and for this we are continuously strengthening our organization. When asked about the recent issue of threats to Gandhi and Shri Kamal Nath through a letter in Indore, he said that it does not bother him. He has seen many threats in his life.

The police is doing its work in this matter. In response to another question, Kamal Nath said that in March 2020, he was fully aware of the bargaining with the MLAs during the time of his government in the state. The MLA himself used to come and tell them. Kamal Nath claimed that one day an MLA came and said that he had received five crore rupees and this money was kept in his car.

The then Chief Minister Kamal Nath said that he meant to say that he did not want to remain in the government through bargaining. In response to another question, Kamal Nath jokingly said that if he wanted former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh to dance during his yatra in Madhya Pradesh, he would also dance with him.

On being asked about the viral video of Shri Digvijaya Singh dancing during the Quit India march, Kamal Nath said that it has also become clear that Singh does not just dance, but he also dances.
