Channi’s clarification for not going to receive the Prime Minister

Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi clarified his government in a press conference on Wednesday regarding the lapse in the security of PM Narendra Modi. First of all, he regretted that PM Narendra Modi had to return without attending the Ferozepur rally. Channi said, ‘We have full respect for the Prime Minister. I myself was about to come to receive him, but some of my colleagues turned out to be Kovid positive.
