Amitabh Bachchan and his family get relief from Bombay HC, so will BMC not take action on ‘Pratiksha’?

Mumbai | Amitabh Bachchan Bombay HC: Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has been given some relief by the Bombay High Court in the matter of the ongoing dispute regarding BMC and his next door Pratiksha. The court has given more time to Amitabh Bachchan and his family to present their case before the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). In such a situation, now BMC cannot take any action against Amitabh Bachchan. Let us tell you that Amitabh Bachchan and his wife Jaya Bachchan had approached the High Court against the BMC’s notice.

What did the Bombay High Court say
Amitabh Bachchan Bombay HC: According to media reports, the Bombay High Court has asked Amitabh Bachchan’s family to file a representation to the BMC within two weeks. Also, the court has ordered the BMC to consider the representation in 6 weeks.

Let us tell you that, on 20 April 2017, BMC had issued a notice to Amitabh Bachchan, saying that some part of his bungalow comes in the road line and BMC wants to acquire that part.
