PM Modi-Rajnath congratulate on LK Advani’s birthday

New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh extended best wishes to senior BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani on his 95th birthday. Rajnath Singh posted pictures of the visit on Twitter and said that the BJP veteran is counted among the tallest figures in Indian politics. He said, he has made a very important contribution in the development journey of the country, society and the party. I wish him good health and long life. Several other ministers and top BJP leaders also congratulated.

Taking to Twitter, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that Advani strengthened the organization across the country with his constant hard work and when he was in government, the veteran politician also made an invaluable contribution to the development of the country.

Advani was born on 8 November 1927 in Karachi. He is a founding member of BJP along with late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
