During this, PM Modi said that the BJP government in Gujarat has implemented many big projects in the coastal areas of the state without spending on publicity. Addressing a rally after inaugurating various projects worth over Rs 6000 crore in Bhavnagar city of Saurashtra region, PM Modi said that he proved his critics wrong by implementing the Saurashtra Narmada Avtaran Irrigation (Sauni) scheme.
