Piya Bajpai shares the experience of a stranger she met on a flight

Piya told that “When I was traveling from Lucknow to Mumbai, I had the most wonderful experience of meeting a woman who was traveling by air with her son for the first time. The simple sari-clad lady was completely confused about everything around her and I was drawn to her because of her innocence. His seats were next to mine. When I saw that she was very confused with her seat belt and other arrangements, I helped her. I offered the woman a seat next to my window. The woman did not understand why I was doing this. I explained to him that since this was his first flight, I wanted to give him all the pleasure of looking outside. That small gesture made the woman and son so happy that they couldn’t stop thanking me. I loved the happiness she got from my small effort and I started seeing my mother’s reflection in her. The experience was so great that I can’t describe in words, and I wondered if a stranger loves us more than our own loved one?
