National Security Agency (NIA) on Thursday morning in 11 states Popular Front of India (PFI) locations guerrilla is processed. According to the latest update, NIA has arrested 106 people related to it. PFI has strongly condemned this entire action. Issuing a statement, he said that NIA and ED are harassing their national and state leaders. The PFI said that all the allegations leveled by the NIA are baseless and it is only trying to create a terrorist environment.
Let us inform that maximum leaders and workers of PFI have been arrested from Kerala, Karnataka and Maharashtra. 3 people have also been arrested from the capital Delhi. After such a big action, there is panic among all the workers of PFI.
The National Executive Council (NEC) of PFI has strongly condemned the guerilla action by NIA and ED across the country. He has said that his national and state leaders are being harassed without any reason. The ‘witch hunting’ action that is being taken against the members of PFI through these two big agencies across the country has been termed as wrong. The baseless claims of the NIA and the purpose of sensationalizing this is only to create an atmosphere of terrorism, the statement said.
In this statement, the PFI has also made it clear that it will not surrender in any way to the totalitarian government that uses the investigating agencies as its puppets. We will stand by our desire to restore the democratic system and the Constitution of our country.
PFI protest in Kerala
Demonstrations were held in Kerala on Thursday to protest the raids on the houses and other premises of the leaders of Popular Front of India (PFI). This raid has been done on the premises of PFI on the charge of supporting terrorist activities across the country. As soon as the news of the raids broke in the morning, PFI workers marched towards the places where the raids were conducted and raised slogans against the Center and its investigative agencies.

However, central forces were already deployed at all such places. A PFI source said here that demonstrations were held in almost all the districts including Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kottayam, Ernakulam and Thrissur. The raids took place mainly at the offices of the state and district committees and the residences of its office bearers, the source said. Though, initially we thought that the Enforcement Directorate had conducted raids but later it became clear that it was an action of the NIA.
The source said that the central agencies have detained several functionaries including national, state and district level leaders of PFI from Kerala. He said that PFI state president CP Mohammad Bashir, national president OMA Salam, national secretary Nasruddin Ilamram and others have been detained.
