New Delhi | Petrol/Diesel Price : There is a constant debate in the country regarding the prices of petrol / diesel. However, during his address, PM Modi had said that due to the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, the price of crude oil in the international market is increasing continuously. This is the reason that its effect will be seen in its prices in the country. Since this address of PM Modi, the prices of petrol and diesel have increased continuously. However, its prices remained stable for the last 31 days. Even after its prices crossed $ 110 per barrel in the international market, the oil marketing companies in the country did not increase the prices of petrol and diesel for the 31st day on Saturday. According to Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), the country’s largest public sector oil marketing company, petrol in Delhi remained stable at Rs 105.41 per liter and diesel at Rs 96.67 per liter today. The price of petrol in Mumbai is fixed at Rs 120.51 per liter and the price of diesel at Rs 104.77 per liter.

Petrol/Diesel Price : Due to the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia, the prices of crude oil in the international market continue to fluctuate. International London Brent crude is trading today at $ 112.39 per barrel and US crude is up 2.17 percent at $ 110.61 per barrel. Petrol and diesel prices in the country started increasing from March 22 last after 137 days of stability. Companies increased the prices of petrol and diesel 14 times in 41 days. During this, their prices have increased by about Rs 10 per liter.

Petrol/Diesel Price : There was a lot of politics in the country regarding the rising prices of petrol / diesel. After the end of the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, Rahul Gandhi had said that the BJP’s election offer is over, now get ready to buy expensive petrol. Along with this, the Congress had also staged dharna demonstrations across the country in protest against the increased prices. Explain that the prices of petrol and diesel are reviewed daily.
