Para-military force should be deployed in Punjab, demands National President of Anti Terrorist Front India

Chandigarh. National President of Anti Terrorist Front India Viresh Shandilya today met Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit and demanded the deployment of para military force and army in the state. He submitted a memorandum to the Governor to stop the forces from spreading terrorism again in Punjab.

The situation in the state was discussed between the two for about 40 minutes. Mr. Shandilya said that in Punjab Amritpal Singh wants to spoil the atmosphere in the name of Khalistan by instigating the Sikh youth by becoming Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala and in this conspiracy along with Amritpal all the fundamentalists including Pakistan’s ISI and Pakistan’s terrorist organizations and running the Khalistan Movement The central government should take action against the people.

Punjab in-charge and Haryana President Kulwant Singh Manakpur, National General Secretary Ankush Uppal, National Secretary Kashyap Sharma, Chandigarh in-charge Dheeraj Behl, National Spokesperson Sanjeev Seth, Advocate Vasu Ranjan, Suresh Sharma, Shiv Azad were present in the Front’s delegation. The delegation of the Front also handed over the idol of Lord Ganesha to the Governor.

Shandilya said that ever since the formation of the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab, the atmosphere has started deteriorating again and this time the face is Amritpal Singh, who is conspiring to scare the Hindus of Punjab by running the campaign of Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann did not utter a word against him which is a matter of serious concern.

He said that Hindu leader Sudhir Suri, Dera Sacha Sauda lover is killed in broad daylight in Punjab and Nihangs are openly instigating Hindus in Gurdaspur. From which it is clear that terrorist sentiments are being nurtured at the government level in Punjab. Earlier in the assembly elections also, Aam Aadmi Party’s National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal was accused of staying at a terrorist’s house in Moga.

Ever since Amritpal Singh came, the Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala campaign and gun culture have started everywhere. The Hindu society of Punjab is feeling insecure because of the way Amritpal Singh is giving vent to the fanatics and those running the Khalistan campaign.
