Team opener Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam gave a strong start. Babar played a captaincy innings of 70 runs. Apart from him, Rizwan played an innings of 79 not out. Fakhar Zaman could contribute only 5 runs. Mohammad Hafeez played an unbeaten innings of 32 runs in 16 balls. If Pakistan wins this match, then it will secure a place in the semi-finals.
