PM Modi arrives in Denmark, will participate in the second India-Nordic summit

New Delhi | PM Modi Reaches Denmark : PM Modi is on a three-nation tour and he has reached Denmark on Tuesday in its second phase. PM Modi will attend the India-Nordic summit after talks with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen. Please tell that Modi has reached here from Germany. He held detailed bilateral talks with Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Germany and co-chaired the India-Germany Inter-Governmental Consultations. Let us also tell that this is the first visit of Prime Minister Modi to Denmark in 7 years. He said in his departure, that I will travel to Copenhagen where I will have a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Fredericksen.

PM Modi Reaches Denmark : PM Modi had said about his visit to Denmark while leaving India that there will be an opportunity to review progress in our unique ‘Green Strategic Partnership’ and also review other aspects of our bilateral relations. ‘India-Denmark: Green Strategic Partnership’ was launched in September 2020 during a digital conference. This partnership was transformed into a result-oriented five-year action plan during the visit of Prime Minister Fredericksen to India in October 2021. Here PM Modi will also meet Queen Margrethe II. He will participate in the India-Denmark Business Roundtable and will also interact with the Indian diaspora living in Denmark.

More than 200 Danish companies are working in India

PM Modi Reaches Denmark , In India, more than 200 Danish companies are active in taking forward ‘Make in India, Jal Jeevan Mission, Digital India and other major national missions’. More than 60 Indian companies are strengthening bilateral business ties in Denmark, mainly involving companies in the IT sector. About 16,000 people of Indian origin live in Denmark. Apart from the bilateral talks in Denmark, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also participate in the second India-Nordic Summit with the Prime Ministers of Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Sweden and Norway where they review cooperation since the first India-Nordic summit in 2018. will do. In this summit here, PM Modi will talk on topics such as recovery of the economy after the pandemic, climate change, innovation and technology, renewable energy, emerging global security scenario and India-Nordic cooperation in the Arctic region.
