Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, involved in registration of land by issuing illegal LPC, Amar Prasad, then Circle Officer of Deoghar, Jaivardhan Kumar, then Circle Officer and Rahul Choubey. While registering a PE against the then Under District Registrar, directed the Anti-Corruption Bureau to conduct an investigation.
It is noteworthy that the Deputy Commissioner cum District Magistrate, Deoghar has against these officials, Mauja Shyamganj, Police Station No. 413, Plot No. 240, total area 114.78 D. Complaints were received regarding illegal purchase and sale of land in connivance with land mafia by issuing illegal LPC of land. Adequate evidence has also been submitted by the Deputy Commissioner Deoghar related to this. (talk)
