Raipur. Accepting the demand of a large section of the students, the Chhattisgarh government has given permission to conduct online examinations for the current academic session in universities and colleges.
After the instructions given by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel in this regard, the Higher Education Department has issued orders to this effect today. In this, the letter issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) on February 11 has also been mentioned, On the basis of which higher educational institutions have been authorized to conduct the examinations either offline or online, keeping in view the regional situation.
In the order, accepting the suggestions and recommendation of various universities, considering the challenge of starting classes late due to Kovid, its long running and conducting 50 to 60 days long examination in the era of Kovid, the State Government has conducted the online examination.
