At the same time, this committee will have to submit its report to the government within 7 days.
What Owaisi said: Regarding the order of the investigation, AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi alleged in a tweet that, “The UP government has constituted a SIT to investigate the 6-year-old video of Senior IAS Iftikharuddin. This video is from when the Yogi government was not even in power. It is a case of persecution on the basis of religion.”
In another tweet, Owaisi said that if the parameter is that no official should be associated with religious activity, then ban the use of all religious symbols / pictures in offices. If the discussion related to faith is wrong in the house, then any officer who participates in a public religious festival should be punished.
