Team India defeated Sri Lanka by 238 runs on the third day of the second Test played at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru and made Sri Lanka clean by winning the two-Test series 2-0.

A mountain target of 450 runs for Sri Lanka to win
India Vs Sri Lanka 2nd Test: In the second test match, the Indian team performed brilliantly and defeated Sri Lanka in every field. Declaring their second innings on 303 runs, India set a target of 450 runs for the Sri Lankan team and the Sri Lankan batsmen were bundled out for just 208 runs. For Sri Lanka, only captain Dimuth Karunaratne could face the Indian bowlers and scored a century.
