No decision on Delhi Capitals captain, big news from team camp

IPL 2021: The second part of Indian Premier League Season 14 is going to be organized in UAE. The team of Delhi Capitals will leave for UAE on Saturday. However, Delhi Capitals has not decided on the captain of the team yet. After reaching the UAE, however, it may be clear whether the team will be headed by Rishabh Pant or Shreyas Iyer will be made the captain of the team again.

Delhi franchise’s domestic players and support staff had gathered in the capital earlier this week, and all of them were also tested for COVID-19 which turned out to be negative. Now they are all set to leave the country. A DC official said, “Delhi Capitals will leave for UAE on Saturday morning with domestic players and staff. The domestic players are already under quarantine in the national capital and will later be quarantined in the UAE for a week.”
