Amritsar. In Punjab, Nihang (Nihang) lions killed a young man with weapons late on Wednesday night in Kahiyawala market, under the police station Kotwali of Amritsar (Amritsar). The deceased has been identified as Harmanjeet Singh (22) resident of village Chattiwind.
Police has registered a case of murder and is busy in identifying the Nihang lions. Harmanjeet Singh was about to go abroad after a month. His uncle Harpreet Singh told that his friend had called him around 11 o’clock in the night, after which both had reached Darbar Sahib to bow their heads. Meanwhile, near the Kahiyawala market, his nephew had an argument with the Nihang Singhs. Meanwhile, Nihang Singhs attacked him with their sharp weapons. It can be clearly seen in the CCTV footage that a Nihang comes from behind and attacks him strongly on his head, after which Harmanjeet falls on the ground at the same time. He died on the spot. The family has appealed to the police administration for justice. The police have started the process of getting the dead body done by taking its post-mortem.
