NCP and Congress both upset

The Bharatiya Janata Party and Raj Thackeray have instigated the Shiv Sena by challenging its core ideology. As a result, both the NCP and the Congress, an ally of Shiv Sena in the Maharashtra government, are upset. After the provocation of BJP and Raj Thackeray, Shiv Sena is now openly talking about Hindutva and has also started taking responsibility for the demolition of Babri. BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis said that when the Babri demolition happened on December 6, 1992, he was present there and there was no Shiv Sainik there. After this statement, Shiv Sena openly said that its workers had demolished the dome.

To prove its point, Shiv Sena also released part of an interview of LK Advani given to Prannoy Roy of NDTV, in which he is saying that the demolition of the mosque was very unfortunate. He has said in the interview that some people had climbed on the dome, which he first sent Uma Bharti to take down. Uma Bharti returned and said that they are speaking Marathi and are not coming down. Then Advani sent Pramod Mahajan. But even they could not take them down.

Through this video, Shiv Sena is telling that the people who broke the dome of the mosque were Marathi people and they were not from the BJP, so they did not listen to Pramod Mahajan. Shiv Sena claims that they were Shiv Sainiks. After this stand of the party, the situation of NCP and Congress has become snake-like. They are not even able to openly criticize Shiv Sena and the problem with staying together is that the Muslim vote may leave. Owaisi’s party can take advantage of this in Maharashtra. Shiv Sena is focusing on its core Hindu vote, only then the concern of NCP and Congress has increased.
