But recently the Tamil Nadu government has given a big decision regarding this matter. To investigate the matter, the Tamil Nadu government had constituted a panel of 3 members who were selected from the Health and Family Welfare Departments.

Let us tell you that this panel has given its report on Wednesday, giving great relief to the couple. In the report, the hospital providing the facility of surrogacy has been blamed. According to reports, the panel said, “When we checked with the doctors who treated the couple, it was found that the couple’s family doctor had provided a letter of recommendation in 2020 on the basis of which the treatment was provided.” The team said that they are yet to speak to the family doctor as they are out of India.
