Naxalites again committed cowardly act in Sukma, slitting throat of police jawan

Sukma | Naxalites War: A very abominable act of Naxalites has come to the fore in Sukma, Chhattisgarh. Naxalites have killed a police jawan by slitting his throat with a weapon. Earlier, a villager was also killed by the Naxalites.

Naxalites War: According to the information, the Naxalites in Sukma carried out this cowardly act late on Sunday night. After midnight, Assistant constable Lakheshwar was murdered by slitting his throat with a sharp weapon. On getting information about the murder, police personnel reached the spot and took the dead body in possession and sent it for post-mortem. Assistant constable was working in Sukma police line.

Naxalites acted in jawan’s village
Regarding this incident, Sukma SP says that, Assistant constable Lakheshwar Nag was in his village Bodaras. The Naxalites had information about being in his village, so the Naxalites reached the village and caught the assistant constable on seeing the opportunity and then killed him by slitting his throat. On getting information about the murder in the morning, the police personnel of Kukanar police station reached the spot. A case has been registered against unidentified Naxalites.
