Monster said it has 10,000 customers across 18 countries and 70 million job seekers. The company said it is now transitioning into a talent management platform and will offer comprehensive solutions to employers and highly personalized and relevant services to job seekers across Asia-Pacific and Middle East.
The change is in line with the company’s objective of connecting the right talent with the right opportunity, Monster.com said in a statement.
