Mithilesh Chaturvedi was born on 15 October 1954. He is a resident of Lucknow. From here he did his studies and then he chose theater for his career.

Mithilesh Chaturvedi passed away
Popular film actor Mithilesh Chaturvedi has passed away. He is no longer in this world. It is being told that 68-year-old Mithilesh Chaturvedi breathed his last on the morning of 4 August at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai.
Mithilesh Chaturvedi passed away due to cardiac arrest. This has been confirmed by his son-in-law Ashish Chaturvedi.
Ashish Chaturvedi told that a few days ago also Mithilesh Chaturvedi had a cardiac arrest, after which he was undergoing treatment in Kokilaben.
