EMI Air Travel Plan: If you are planning to travel by air during this festive, wedding season or are planning to go somewhere on the occasion of Christmas and New Year, then there is no need to think about paying money to book air tickets right away. . In order to entice more and more people to travel by air and to cash in on the travel season, airlines have launched the Book Now Pay Later scheme for the convenience of air travelers. Air travelers can opt to pay in installments. The country’s private sector airline SpiceJet has come up with this scheme to woo passengers during the travel season.

Make travel plan on New Year, pay in installments

According to this scheme of Spicejet, air travelers can book airline tickets and pay in 3, 6, 9 or 12 installments. If a customer wants to close the loan before the chosen EMI period, then he will not have to pay any Loan Closure Charge. To avail this option, customers just need to provide details like PAN Number, Aadhar Number or VID and verify the same with OTP. There is no need to provide credit card and debit card details to avail EMI. Customers will have to pay the first EMI by providing their UPI ID and subsequent EMIs will be deducted from the same UPI ID. This facility comes with Instant Loan Approval and Immediate Loan Booking Facility.

Air travel in EMI

This Pay Later / Cardless EMI facility named Walnut 369 is being provided by Capital Float which is Buy Now Pay Later and Credit Platform. The air passenger will be available on the SpiceJet website and the payment page of its mobile site. Customers will be able to pay through this option while booking their flight tickets or add-ons.

According to Shilpa Bhatia, Chief Commercial Officer, Spicejet, the scheme has been launched keeping in mind the convenience and affordability of the customers. The cost of air tickets cannot be the reason for delay in family vacation and with this new initiative passengers will be able to pay in easy installments as per their budget.
