Maharashtra: BMS will take out ‘Maha Morcha’ on December 28 against the economic policies of the Center

Nagpur. The Vidarbha state unit of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh-affiliated Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) will take out a protest march till the Vidhan Bhawan here on December 28 against the privatization policy of the Center and other labor issues. The protest march is being organized during the winter session of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly.

The Vidarbha state unit of BMS has claimed that 20,000 workers will participate in the Maha Morcha. The decision was taken at a meeting attended by Vidarbha state president Shilpa Deshpande, general secretary Gajanan Gatlewar and others, BMS publicity head Suresh Chowdhary said in a release.

The release said that public enterprises are being privatized on a large scale by the central government and contract workers are being exploited.
