Lucknow KGMU: The 17th Convocation of the capital’s King George Medical University (KGMU) will be celebrated on Saturday. Medical Education Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna will be present in the state government as the chief guest in this program. Medals will be presented to the students by Governor Anandi Ben Patel.
On this occasion, Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, Chief Scientist of the World Health Organization (WHO) will be conferred the degree of DSC. Also, only those people will be able to participate in this program to be held at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Scientific Convention Center, who have a certificate of having done both the doses. Or they should have RTPCR report of last 72 hours.

42 students will be honored in the convocation function to be held on December 17 at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Scientific Convention Center. MBBS student Ahmed Uzair gets all three prestigious honors
Let us inform that, Ahmed Uzair, an MBBS student of KGMU, will be honored with all three prestigious honors of the university. Ahmed Uzair will be given the Chancellor, Hewett and the University Gold Medal. The MBBS student will be given 13 gold medals, one silver medal and one book price.
