Gadkari said that two plants of Indian Oil in Panipat are almost operational, One of which will produce one lakh liters of ethanol per day, while the other plant uses rice straw to produce 150 Tons of bio-bitumen will be manufactured.

He said that these plants would reduce the problem of stubble burning. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was the chief guest on the occasion. He praised Gadkari’s efforts.
