India vs West Indies: After the South Africa (SA) tour, the Indian team (IND) will play a three-match ODI and T20 series with the West Indies (WI) from next month. The Caribbean team will be visiting India in the next few days. The ODI series between India and West Indies will start from February 6. Recently, the schedule of ODI and T20 series was released by the BCCI. Strict protocols will be followed in this series to be played between the Kovid-19 infection in the country and the players of both the teams will remain in the bio bubble. The Indian team’s tour of Africa was not good and the team had to face defeat in the Test ODI series. Against the West Indies, the team would like to start the series by registering their first win of the year.

Know when and where the ODI series will be played

The first match of the ODI series between India and West Indies will be played on 6 February. The second one-day match will be played on February 9 and the third match on February 11. All matches of the series will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Earlier the venues of these matches were different, but in view of the situation of Corona, the BCCI has decided to organize the ODI series at the same place. All matches will be played from 1:30 pm Indian time.

Know the schedule of T20 series

After the ODI series, a three-match T20 series will also be played between India and West Indies. The first T20 match will be played on 16 February. While the second match will be held on February 18 and the third match on February 20. All the matches of the series will be played at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Due to Kovid-19, the T20 series will also be played in the same stadium.

Indian team will be announced soon

The BCCI has not yet announced the Indian team for the ODI and T20 series against the West Indies. Soon the team will be selected by the board. The performance of the Indian team on the South African tour was disappointing, in such a situation, the BCCI can include many new faces in the team against the West Indies. Many players who flop on African soil can be cut from the team.
