KGF Chapter 2 Review: Angry Youngman of the bygone days returned to the big screen

After watching the film ‘KGF Chapter 2’ ie ‘KGF 2’, the first thing that everyone wants to know first of all, ‘will KGF 3’ also be made? So the answer is yes. The makers of the film have shown the formula of the next chapter of the film in the climax of the film. The film ‘KGF Chapter 2’ is a story planned for a huge canvas.

It’s a pleasure watching it on IMAX, yes, provided the theater’s audio system is working properly. Cinema is an audiovisual medium, audio-visual in English. The balance between what is seen and what is heard has been done wonderfully in the film ‘KGF Chapter 2’.

If nothing is visible on the screen and the sound is coming even then the viewer understands what is going on! The film also explores the existence of ‘Angry Young Man’ in cinema and the way the audience whistles, applauds and rumbles in the cinema hall upon Yash’s first entry on the screen, it seems to them that this is what cinema really is. This is a success.

Gold smuggling money game
The story of the film ‘KGF Chapter 2’ was transformed into the story of the capture of Kolar Gold Field in the previous film itself. Rocky, who came out of Mumbai, now wants to rule the world. In the waiting room of the Prime Minister’s Office, he introduces himself as the country’s CEO. This film, which links the illegal business of gold with the country and abroad, also hurts that weak link in the financial system of the country, in which people became billionaires overnight by opening bank accounts of anonymous people. There is no joy this time to narrate the story of the film ‘KGF Chapter 2’. The story is narrated by his son Vijayendra. The characters in the story are well known. The film climbs up to Delhi like its predecessor film ‘RRR’. The tradition that Mani Ratnam started in the film ‘Roja’ to bring the story of cinema being made in the south to the north, is now being made in mega-budget films like ‘RRR’ and ‘KGF Chapter 2’.

Great screenplay with great dialogues
Director Prashanth Neel’s film ‘KGF Chapter 2’ has better enthusiasm among Hindi speaking audiences than ‘RRR’. The film has also become better than this ‘RRR’. However, both ‘RRR’ and ‘KGF Chapter 2’ have at least one weak link in common and that is their over-stretched climax. The team that wrote ‘KGF 2’ in Hindi has done an amazing job. Its dialogues are remembered till the end, like, ‘Here the head is not eternal, only the crown is eternal’. Or, ‘Courage requires two things, one madness and the other honesty’. The madness we see here every day, ye dekho honesty..!’ At one point in the film, Rocky also says that this is the story of his mother’s insistence. The film, created with the passion of writer and director Prashanth Neel, has all the formulas of Salim-Javed’s handwriting. If you look carefully, you will see the expressions of Amitabh Bachchan of Yash’s gestures, his clothes, his swagger and sometimes ‘wall’, sometimes ‘Sholay’ and sometimes ‘Suhaag’.

Stylish ‘Angry Youngman’
Amitabh Bachchan gave the shape of ‘Angry Young Man’ to Salim-Javed’s attempt to give a shape to the country’s anger in the seventies on the big screen. Anger is brewing again among the youth. The story of the film ‘KGF Chapter 2’, however, has come from the seventies to the eighties. Rocky strikes the doorstep of the country’s female prime minister. His army also enters the Parliament. All this despite the fact that Rocky doesn’t like ‘Violence’. Now if ‘Violence’ likes Rocky, what should he do? Yash has once again robbed the gathering in the role of Rocky. His mannerism garners applause. His style garners whistles. And, when Rocky talks silently on screen with his mother, wife, or a Muslim woman from the basti, he brings tears too. This is the difference between the earnings of ‘Kashmir Files’ and ‘KGF 2’. ‘KGF 2’ is that trumpets of relationships that help to unite the society.

The big message of social harmony
When Mumbai’s cinema is standing on one side of the line and looking for villains on the other side, first ‘RRR’ and now ‘KGF 2’, a new chapter of social harmony is being written. Bhima is also proud of the religion of the people who work in trouble here and Rocky too. This is also the secret of the success of both these films. Looking at these, you do not have to be alert from the spectator sitting in the nearest seat. After Yash in the film ‘KGF Chapter 2’, the work of both Raveena Tandon and Sanjay Dutt is strong. Raveena Tandon has played the character of the Prime Minister with dignity and glamour, it can also fetch her an award in the coming days. Sanjay Dutt has even surpassed Kancha of ‘Agneepath’ in this film. His costumes and portrayal of his character, though 100 percent inspired by a character from a foreign series, his work is overwhelming. Srinidhi Shetty will no longer be seen in ‘KGF 3’ but soya rocky in the international borders of the ocean is about to return.
Should we watch it or not?
The film ‘KGF Chapter 2’ is a pure masala film. The story is very violent. Characters talk less, weapons run more. The audience of Hindi cinema, who have been missing the spices of typical Mumbai films in the plot-based films of recent times, may like this film very much. Just keep in mind that although there are colors of compassion, makeup and love in this film, the story is actually more in the gruesome, raucous and terrible juices.
