Bus Accident In Nepal: Seven people including six passengers from Rajasthan died, driver and a cleaner detained

Six pilgrims from Rajasthan were killed in a horrific bus accident in Nepal on Thursday morning. Apart from this, a Nepali person has also died in this accident. Police have detained two drivers and a cleaner who are undergoing treatment after the accident.

A bus full of Indian pilgrims met with an accident in Nepal. While seven people have died in the accident, 19 passengers are said to be injured. The driver and two cleaners of the bus have been taken into custody after the accident. Passengers injured in the accident have been admitted to different hospitals, where they are undergoing treatment.

Let us tell you that according to the report of Kathmandu Post, the accident took place at around 2 am on Thursday in Bara district of Madhesh province of Nepal. The bus was going from Kathmandu to Janakpur. Most of the Indian passengers were on board. The bus overturned near Churiyamai in Bara and fell about 50 meters below the road.

According to the police officer of Simara, the area where the accident took place, six of the dead passengers are residents of Rajasthan, India. There, one passenger is Nepali. At the time of the accident, 27 people including two drivers and a cleaner were on board the bus. The police have currently taken both the driver and the cleaner into custody. The investigation into the accident is on, in the preliminary investigation police have found that the driver was driving the bus at a high speed. This accident happened because of dozing off during this time.

6 people of Gangapur City died in an accident where a bus carrying pilgrims fell into a ditch near Janakpur, Nepal. These include 4 women and husband and wife. While a dozen pilgrims, including an innocent girl of about 9 years, were injured. The accident took place at 2 am on Wednesday in Bara district of Madhesh province. The bus full of pilgrims was going from Kathmandu to Janakpur.

A group of 25 pilgrims left by train on August 20 from Mhow Kala, located near Gangapur City (Sawaimadhopur) in Rajasthan. All these pilgrims reached Kathmandu in Nepal by air after reaching Delhi. From there left for Nepal by bus to visit the world famous Shri Pashupatinath Mahadev Temple and other pilgrimage sites. But on the way from Kathmandu to Janakpur, the bus carrying pilgrims went out of control near Churiyamai in Bara district of Madhesh province and fell into a deep gorge about 40 meters below the road.

The death of these pilgrims
Satyavati, Vaijayanti Devi wife Suresh Chand Chaturvedi, Bahadur and his wife Meera Devi, Rajendra Kumar and his wife Shrikanta Chaturvedi died in this road accident.

These pilgrims were injured
While Shyam Lal Mali, Chauthi Devi, Tara Devi, Anil Chaturvedi,
Suresh Chandra Chaturvedi, Ramkumar Chaturvedi, Maya Devi, Ghanshyam Chaturvedi, Ram Prasad Saini, Garmta Devi and 9 year old girl Kritika were injured.

Police caught the driver and 2 cleaners
Nepal Police has detained the bus driver and two cleaners. It is being told that the bus went out of control and the driver and cleaner jumped from the bus. Due to this the bus fell into the ditch. Passengers injured in the accident have been admitted to various hospitals and all are undergoing treatment.

People leave from Gangapur City to take the dead and take care of the injured
On receiving this painful information, the joy of the pilgrimage turned into mourning. People from Gangapur City left as soon as they got the information to collect the dead bodies of their relatives and take care of the injured. 6 people- Kailash Chaturvedi, Kuldeep Chaturvedi, Gaurav Kumar Chaturvedi, Krishna Kumar Chaturvedi, Pradeep Jadaun, Pankaj Jadaun have left for hospitals in Nepal. Will go to Nepal via Delhi and then to Janakpuri.
