He has taunted in the tweet that on one hand PFI has called for strike, while on the other hand Congress has stopped its padyatra today.

In fact, the Congress had made a tweet from its Twitter handle that today is the break day of ‘India Jodo’ Yatra. In such a situation, Kapil Mishra has responded on this tweet with a taunt. Congress has written in its tweet that, ‘Today we will rest and prepare ourselves so that we can again save India from the state of hatred and dying democracy. We will return tomorrow and continue our fight.

Replying to this tweet, Kapil Mishra has written that, ‘PFI and Islamic Jihadi organizations called for strike today and Congress stopped its padyatra today. Nothing can be lousy and shameful than this.

After this tweet, Congress leader Pawan Khera has responded. He wrote, ‘A break of one day is taken every week in this India pairing journey of ours. The last break was on the 15th. Now tell me, is it true that Mohan ji Bhagwat is about to travel on a journey to apologize to PFI?’

NIA’s big action a day ago

Several agencies led by the NIA on Thursday arrested 106 PFI office-bearers in simultaneous raids at 93 places in 15 states on charges of supporting terrorist activities in the country. Officials had said that Kerala, where the PFI has some strongholds, had the highest number of arrests at 22. Those arrested include PFI’s Kerala unit president CP Mohammed Basheer, national president O M A Salaam, national secretary Nasruddin Elmaram, former president E Abubakar and others.

A day ago, Rahul had targeted PM

Earlier on Thursday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the demonetisation move, alleging it was a financial attack on traders, affecting their cash flow and destroying their businesses. Gandhi alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was well aware of the consequences of demonetisation on small and medium businesses.

Congress leader Gandhi was addressing a huge public meeting at Chalakudy in Thrissur district as part of Bharat Jodo Yatra. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and other senior Congress leaders attended today’s visit. The 3,570 km and 150-day long India Jodo Yatra of the Congress, which started from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu on September 7, will end in Jammu and Kashmir.

The Bharat Jodo Yatra reached Kerala on the evening of September 10 and will cover a distance of 450 km, passing through seven districts of Kerala in 19 days before entering Karnataka on October 1.
