Jharkhand: Crores were found near IAS Pooja Singhal, CM Hemant Soren clarified after the names were added.

Ranchi | IAS Pooja Singhal: Politics has heated up over the amount of more than 25 crores received by Jharkhand from senior IAS officer Pooja Singhal. On the second day on Friday also, the Enforcement Directorate raided other places of Pooja Singhal. Let us inform that the ED had also detained Pawan Singh, brother of Pooja Singhal’s CA Suman Singh. After this, Suman Singh has also been taken into custody on Friday. The ED raids continued for the second consecutive day at Pulse Hospital located in Bariatu Road, Ranchi. According to the documents received by the Enforcement Directorate from the house of Pooja Singhal, she was preparing to invest in a hospital in Maharashtra. Pooja Singhal is said to be very close to Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren. This is the reason that the opposition has stood united against Hemant Soren in the whole country including Jharkhand.

Hearing will be held next week

IAS Pooja Singhal: In such a situation, CM Hemant Soren has called the PIL filed in the Jharkhand High Court in the case of mining lease allocation in his name as a conspiracy of his political opponents. In his reply, he said that there is a conspiracy to defame him while no case of misuse of the Chief Minister’s post is made out in it. However, in the Jharkhand High Court, Chief Justice Dr Ravi Ranjan and Justice S. N. Due to non-availability of Prasad’s bench today, the pre-scheduled hearing in the matter was adjourned and now the matter is likely to be heard next week.

Public interest litigation told beyond facts

IAS Pooja Singhal: Chief Minister Soren has alleged that the PIL filed against him before a division bench headed by the Chief Justice in the lease allotment case of a stone quarry at Angra in Ranchi is beyond facts. There is only a conspiracy by his political opponents to defame him. In his reply, Soren has also requested the court to take strict action against the petitioner, terming this PIL as an abuse of the system of public interest litigation.
