Britain It has become easy for Indian students to get jobs in India. In fact, an important agreement has been reached between the Government of India and Britain regarding the degree. Under this agreement, the degrees of Indian students pursuing bachelor’s, master’s degree and doctoral courses in India will now be treated at par with those of UK students. This decision will make Indian students eligible for jobs with this qualification in the UK.

Both countries will benefit

The two sides on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding, according to which the Indian Senior Secondary School, Pre-University Certificate will be considered suitable for admission to UK higher education institutions. With this, 31 more agreements will be signed by Diwali.

Students having degree there will also be eligible for employment in India. “Bachelor and Masters of Arts (BA, MA) in India and degree in science (BSc, MSc) will be treated equally in the UK,” Subrahmanyam told reporters. The MoU also covers degrees obtained from online courses. The MoU provides for mutual recognition of the educational qualifications and duration of study undertaken by the students within the higher education institutions duly approved and recognized in both the countries.
