Isolated in South Asia from China itself!

India’s foreign policy has been that of peaceful coexistence. But can it be said today that India is living in peace and coexistence in its neighbourhood? In fact, India is isolated even in its neighborhood, that is, in South Asia, and it is not because of the disturbances in India’s foreign policy. There are other reasons for this. One reason is that India, despite being large in population and size, has not been able to build a global economic, diplomatic or strategic power that neighboring countries respect with fear. The second reason is that China wants to isolate India, and it is successful in this. China has done such economic and strategic diplomacy that it has made most of the countries of South Asia its colonies. They are under its influence and do not care about India.

Let’s understand this with just two recent examples. Both examples are related to China. When there was an economic and big political crisis in Sri Lanka, China stood by itself, while it has a big hand in the devastation of Sri Lanka. He didn’t help Sri Lanka. India helped Sri Lanka. India sent him oil and all other necessities including food grains, which Sri Lanka took publicly. Despite this, Sri Lanka, not caring about India, allowed the Chinese spy ship to stay at its port. This incident happened last month. India protested. On this, Sri Lanka also asked China to stop the ship, but when China remained adamant, Sri Lanka allowed the ship to stop at the port from 16 to 22 August. The purpose of this ship is to spy on India’s nuclear and other strategic institutions.

The second news is of 16 September. Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe referred to the port issue. Said that it is unfortunate that Sri Lanka is being made a punching bag, that is, it is being attacked from both sides. Along with this, he said that he does not want to be a party in the rivalry of big powers in the Indian Ocean. He said that Sri Lanka does not want the Pacific Ocean dispute to reach the Indian Ocean. He will not be a part of any military activity. Sri Lanka is pointing towards India. Despite all the help from India, he has clearly said that if there is any kind of conflict between India and China, then he will not be a part of it in any way. Think, India has cultural and racial relations with Sri Lanka along with geographical boundaries and above all India has always helped it, yet it has refused to stand by India.

This situation is not only in Sri Lanka. Separate India’s relations with Nepal have deteriorated. China has such dominance there that Nepal is not only neutral, but has become anti-India there. India’s opposition in Nepal has increased so much that Nepal has strongly opposed India’s construction of roads and bridges in Lipulekh and Kalapani and said that it is its territory. Its soldiers are taking action on Indians across the border every day. Indian goods are being boycotted in Nepal and now Nepal has also separated its people from Agneepath scheme. In order to snatch the card of Buddha’s soft diplomacy from India, China has invested thousands of crores in Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha, in Nepal. Not only this, it has also been propagated that he had not attained enlightenment in Gaya, but Buddha had attained enlightenment along with his birth.

Pakistan is already an enemy country of India. He has declared that China is his all-weather friend. China has taken Pakistan under its control in both ways. He has helped him and started One Belt, One Road scheme in his area and has also trapped him in his trap by giving loan. The friendship between China and Pakistan is such that India is unable to get the terrorists, who are carrying out terrorist activities against India from the soil of Pakistan, declared as international terrorists in the United Nations. With the help of civilized and democratic countries of the world, whenever India brings such a proposal to the United Nations Security Council, China stops it. Pakistan also does not have the same relations with the Taliban regime in Afghanistan as China has. Taliban fundamentalists also have no complaints with China. Even the oppression of Uighur Muslims has been accepted by the Taliban.

On the other hand, Myanmar’s military regime has the support of China, while it has also made such an agreement with Bhutan on the border, due to which India may have to face great difficulties in the coming days. Keep in mind that China claims many parts of Bhutan and they are such parts, to reach which one has to go through Arunachal Pradesh. In this way, China is claiming the land of India on the pretext of Bhutan. Bangladesh is also under the influence of China, but it has not yet become a colony of China in the way that other countries of South Asia have become. In this way, China has surrounded India from all sides by taking all the neighboring countries of India under its control.
